TGA will aim to respond to any order placed on this website with confirmation of availability and including a shipping price within 48 hours from the order being placed. However in the case that TGA is away from email contact at a show, race meeting, or while travelling, then TGA will respond as quickly as is practicable. No customers credit card will be charged until the order has been confirmed with a shipping quote and the customer has agreed that quote. All credit card transactions will be made in Sterling GBP. The amounts shown on the website in other currencies are for customer evaluation purposes only. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TRADE. a. All orders are accepted only when you receive e-mail confirmation to this effect including a shipping cost, but only on the condition that TGA may subsequently not be able to ship the items purchased or may decide on reasonable grounds not to do so. In that event any payments made will be refunded immediately. b. TGA reserves the right to delay or refuse any order on the grounds that it requires further information to enable it to evaluate or process the order, in which case you will be asked for such further information immediately by e-mail. c. Should a delay arise in the despatch of purchased item(s) to you for any reason, TGA will inform you of the possible delay period by email, if you wish to cancel your order at this point you will receive a full refund of any monies paid for the item(s) concerned but TGA will not be responsible for any loss or damage sustained arising out of such delay. d. On receipt of products purchased you will then be responsible for them. If you delay accepting delivery of these products the responsibility of TGA ends when our carrier had first attempted to make delivery to you. e. If products are received in a damaged condition you must advise TGA within 7 days when TGA will arrange collection and replacement at no cost to the purchaser. If however the products on return are found to be undamaged and in full working order these will be returned to you and you will be charged any additional cost incurred by TGA. f. Prices for the products will be as stated at the time you make a purchase but we reserve the right to change the price if it is incorrectly quoted in the Web Site in which case you will have the right to cancel the order or accept the corrected price. In the event of cancellation any payments made will be refunded immediately. g. All prices are inclusive of UK VAT @ 20% except where stated otherwise. h. Delivery costs will be added to the prices shown. These will be charged on an individual order basis with regards to the weight and or size of the item(s) ordered. Unless specifically quoted to the contrary, a Postal delivery in the EU will typically cost no more than £60, and is classed as a non premium service. Overseas (NON EU) shipping will be quoted on an individual basis. Individual quotes will be made for premium Insured and ‘signed for’ delivery services where requested by the customer. If the customer does not request a premium service, TGA will not be held responsible for delays or losses of any goods once they have left the TGA premises, customers will be liable for costs of the goods and postage in the event of loss in transit if sent by a non premium service. Any attempt by the customer to cancel payment for lost goods will result in TGA taking civil action to recover all costs incurred on the transaction. i. Payment must be made in advance of the goods despatch and can be made by Visa or Mastercard, cheque made out in sterling drawn on a UK bank, a direct bank transfer into the TGA bank account or cash in any currency but at a rate previously agreed. High value items are offered for sale on the understanding that these will be paid for by bank transfer. If the customer wishes to pay by credit card, then a surcharge equal to the processing charge to TGA will be made to the customer. j. Despatch of items ordered which are in stock will be typically be within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. If any delays are likely to occur above this you will be notified in advance wherever possible. k. Up to the point of despatch, you have the right to cancel or modify your order. In the event of cancellation before despatch you will receive a complete refund of all monies paid. l. Under EU regulations, customers may return any goods within a period of 7 days from the date of despatch without giving any reason. Goods must be received by TGA within 14 days from the initial date of despatch by TGA. If the goods are returned undamaged within this period at the customers expense, then the customer will receive a full refund for the cost of the goods, but the initial carriage charges will be deducted from any refund. m. Goods made to the customer's personal specifications are not refundable unless the item can be sold to another customer. The original customer will be charged for any costs incurred by TGA in the completion of such a transaction, and will be refunded within 7 days of the item being sold. n.
