DESCRIPTION

A great narrow tyre with amazing grip and wet weather performance. Perfect for all small capacity machines including 125cc and 50cc. Can also be used on parade and slower 250cc machines.

Heavily cut with a soft compound to allow the tyre to heat up very quickly and work well on the first lap. This heavy cutting also makes this a great tyre in the rain. The universal is a great all round tyre. 

Available in 3 compounds:

'Supersoft' - A24

Soft Compound - A25

'Medium' Compound - A30

All tyres are marked for Front and Rear fitment. The 'Medium' designation is a bit of a misnomer because the A30 is actually the compound used on the F2 & Speedmaster fronts plus all the soft Universal Roadrunners so don't expect something rock hard!!

We recommend that on 125cc machines in the UK, that this A25 soft compound Universal is fitted to the front only, and a front fitment 90/90-18 AM26 is used on the rear. We would also recommend this combination for slower 250cc machines and 250cc parade riders. 

On 50cc Machines we recommend this A25 soft compound Universal both front and rear. 

The A24 supersoft can replace the A25 as you wish - generally it will give you more grip for a while until it goes off!!

The A30 compound comes into it's own at more elevated temperatures generally found outside the UK !! Obviously, because these tyres fit a wide variety of machines you need to use a  bit of 'common sense' & experimentation to get the optimum set up.
