Precovid there were 3 sprocket manufacturers in the UK, now there are none.....

So, we have set to & made our own, starting with premium grade 7075T6 alloy sheet and these are offered to customers wishing to make sprockets for 'specials' / 'custom' applications.

All the blanks have a tightly controlled 40.00mm diameter centre bore with the sprocket machining being true to that.

Our blanks are not anodised & we do not offer that service.

We only offer these blanks in 520 size - that's 5/8"  pitch x 1/4" wide chain with standard 0.400" roller diameter.
