DESCRIPTION

Successor to the exceptionally good Continental ContiRoadAttack 2CR, with updated profile, construction and compound, this being the 'soft' Conti (though a lot harder than the Avon equivalent).

A radial construction tyre optimised for classic racing motorcycles to give extraordinary handing and stability. The 3CR is not a great tyre in the wet, for the wet we would recommend the Avon Storm, and for changeable conditions we would recomend the Avon AM23, however in the dry the 3CR is a great radial tyre. Our observation is that the Avon's will heat up quicker, particularly at the start & end of the season, is better in the wet, but when the radial Conti is hot, it will unquestionably deliver more traction than the crossply Avon........ 

Great to go on the back of all Senior Production racers, and other Post Classic Superbike 1 & Superstock machines using 18" wheels, which includes a lot of early 80's superbikes and TZ750's. Also a great tyre for Supermono racers, many of which utilise the 150 section rear tyre..
