DESCRIPTION

Aluminium Dural Engine plates to fit a Norton Commando Engine, with the engine tilted forward, into a Slimline or Wideline Featherbed Frame, the base to build a great Cafe Racer or Classic Race Bike! These engine plates permit the use of the standard Commando alloy primary chaincase (if desired). Note that there is not enough space between the engine & gearbox with this configuration to accomodate the standard Featherbed centre stand set up. Beautifully machined on CNC machining centre and then polished, not just bandsawed or waterjet/laser cut, these are the highest quality available. These plates are 8mm thick so you will need slightly longer engine mounting bolts than standard - we can supply these in stainless steel if desired.

Please specify whether ordering for a wideline or slimline frame, and if the frame is for a single or twin. We have included some drawings to help you understand which frame you have.

Sadly we do not make the FRONT plates for single cylinder frames. If this is what is required, the price has already been reduced by £10 and we will supply suitable polished material.
