DESCRIPTION

Cylinder Head for Matchless G50 and AJS 7R engines. Cast in aerospace grade aluminium. 

Machined on our state of the art 5 axis CNC machines to the original design. Fitted with hard valve seats to permit the use of unleaded fuels cut with multi angle seatings for optimum flow. Custom made 'Colsibro' valve guides are fitted as standard.

Inlet and Exhaust ports, along with the combustion chaber have been designed using 3D CAD drawing software, and with the aid of Computational Fluid Dynamics software (CFD) the flow through the ports is optimised. This, along with CNC machining of the ports means that all of our cylinderheads are ported consistently perfect.

Manufactured to suit standard bore engines, 90mm G50 and 75.5mm 7R. These heads will also fit Seeley G50 & 7R's. As standard, heads come with original round ports, but we have also developed superior oval ports which can be produced at extra cost.

Shortstroke heads, 95mm G50 and 81mm 7R are available at extra cost. Again these heads will fit Seeley G50 & 7R's. 

As standard these Cylinder Heads have a single spark plug hole. A 2nd plug to allow less ignition advance and a more complete burn can be added.
