Cast from Aluminium Alloy using original 60's patternwork. No body else has successfully cast these since the 60's. Turned on our state of the art CNC lathes. Fitted with an iron liner & honed to size. 

Alternatively, for reduced weight and improved performance we have produced a billet aluminium barrel. Turned & milled in house to the highest standards using CNC machines. Ceramic plated bore & honed to size. 

NOTE: This is just for standard short stroke 350cc (76mm Bore) & 500cc (86mm bore) barrels 1961 onwards lighthouse tower spec with length to suit the 2 ring piston. For 3 ring pistons a longer barrel is required (or a packing piece), and for 1954 - '58 Oldham coupling engines the barrel cut out has a totally different configuration. All of these options can be catered for but there is a price premium to pay.
