DESCRIPTION

The classic flip top cap. 'Monza' type quick open petrol tank/oil tank filler cap. Polished aluminium assembly with rubber seal. Small breather hole. 

Available in a 2" or 2.5" variant.

The sizing can be a bit confusing as that is the outside diameter of the thread that the cap body would screw onto. On the 2" variant, the through hole is about 45mm & the cap outside diameter is about 62mm. On the 2.5" variant, the through hole is about 54mm & the cap outside diameter is about 76mm.

Although the body of the cap has an internal thread, we do not use that for fitting to our tanks as accurate alignment is near impossible. We bond the caps to the tanks with www.tga.co.uk/products/leakfix/
