DESCRIPTION

Full 'Norvil' double disc front end set up, all brand new manufactured on our state of the art CNC machines.

Front forks complete with Magnesium sliders, and ground stanchions. Available with Manx, Seeley, Standard Featherbed or Commando length stanchions. This can be fitted with standard internals or with our K-tech adjustable cartridge kit.

2 x MPL/Norvil semi-floating lightweight 282mm dia drilled discs manufactured in SG iron, carried on lightweight aluminium alloy serrated disc carriers complete with locating 'dishes', retaining buttons & all necessary hardware. 

Aluminium Norvil front hub, built into a wheel. 18" as standard, to suit a 110/80/18 tyre. If a different rim is required please get in touch. High tensile stainless spindle, alloy nut & spacers.

2 x AP Racing lightweight alloy calipers, complete with pads and mounting bolts.  

A fantastic front end set up for any classic racing machine, as good as any modern front brake. Very light weight with the mag sliders and the more appropriate size discs. Has been used in our team bikes when running in the unlimited/open races, and has never been beaten in a race! Our experience of big single discs on the Nortons was not good & fitting twin 13" discs (or similar) to bikes of frankly moderate weight & performance (by modern standards) is absurd.
