We have been making these beautiful stainless fork seal holders for over 40 years now, with the first ones cut out of plate by our crazy grandad with his home made plasma cutter!!

Times have changed now, with the turning done on our precision CNC lathes and the tubes TIG welded before traditional polishing takes over to give a near chrome plated finish.

These fork seal holders fit all "short RoadHolders" as fitted to featherbed frames since their inception. 

Until 1962, they had peg holes to allow them to be tightened up properly. Then it was decided to save a bit of money & delete the peg holes....

The tube section on all is 2.8" (71mm) long

For tightening/removing the none peg hole versions we suggest a Jubilee clip over some old inner tube, and tap the clamp section with an alloy drift. 

From 1964, AMC introduced the hybrid models P11, N15, G15 etc with longer "short roadholder" forks on the AMC frame. These bikes use longer 4.5" (115mm) tube and are also available. No peg holes!
